I work with high school girls at church and I just hate to think about them accepting bad advice like what you mentioned came from this "Christian" book. I also married my high school sweetheart, who also happened to be the only guy I ever dated, because I prayed about it beforehand and only wanted to date someone who was worth marrying. Even though I probably wasn't going to read or recommend this book, I'm glad I read your thoughts on it, because it's a reminder that not every Christian advice book is necessarily full of more Biblical truth than it is of more worldly views.
